I am trying this beer off the cask condition tapper as part of a six sample flight. It poured a murky dark amber with no head and no lace. The scent had common barely wine notes with bourbon influence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to sip with barely wine base and bourbon flare. The mouthfeel was medium in body with no carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
