On cask at Ritual Brewing Company in Redlands, CA.
Pours a slightly hazy copper with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Thick rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and some grassy and herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with fruity citrus flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice dry hopped presence in the aroma and flavor.
