Lunch-time hand pulled pint in ‘The White Hart’, Shifnal on 20th June 2012. Chestnut coloured body with a good creamy head. The aroma was sweet malty molasses, as was the taste: caramel and roasted/toasted bunch of flowers in both. Medium bodied and giving a slight bitterness as the mouth dries.
