Very light and clear. Aroma not as strong as I expect for a 3IPA but the taste is a great mix of malt/hops with hops on top; trip fruit/ citrus. Body is excellent, no alcohol dominance, more like a 2IPA.

A golden orange with an off white head that lasts for days and keeps the glass laced. 4
S sweet orange, lemon, and mango on the nose--undercut by perfume and pine. A touch of something like papaya and passion fruit.4
T there's pine up front, which is where I prefer the pine and perfume. The front end is undercut by big bursts of fruit that are all described in the smell. Big flavors. Big range. Complex. 4.5
M just the right amount of carbonation and body 4
O this is a very nice, very bright beer. 4

Tried this one on tap at the CCA tasting room. 8 oz pour into a tulip.
A: deep amberish straw color, medium amount of carbonation that slowly subsided.
S: fresh piny resin aromas with a nice balance of perfume like floral sweetness.
T: treats the palate much like the nose. Very nice balance of big resin pine like hops and the character of the Citra hops bring a pronounced floral citrus finish. Theres also a good amount a caramel sweetness from the malts. The high ABV masked nicely in the bouquet of flavors.
M: A better mouthfeel than I expected. Very smooth with the IPA "wetness" I prefer.
O: I enjoyed this so much that I picked up a growler and took it to a Bday party that night. This beer stood up to the highly rated IPAs, Citra, Heady, etc... the growler went empty if that tells you anything. I recommend you try if you have the opportunity.
