Raspberry Gose
Claremont Craft Ales

Very well-balanced and beautiful gose. Vivid pinkish red pour with a pink head that quickly dissipates. Nose is predominantly sour ale in conjunction with salt. Taste follows the nose. Immediate saltiness that gives way to tart raspberries accompanied by soft ale. Low body with crisp finish. Would definitely make a great summer beer.

 

 

Lovely fermented/red fruit aroma, rich color...but the pallet is really syrupy and concentrated. Not an easy drinker in my opinion. This beer coats the mouth completely and sticks. Not too sour/unripe, the raspberry comes in more on the finish. A pleasant beer, but seems to be hard to drink a whole can.
