my first 'Brut' so i am not sure what to expect but this is certainly a drier IPA. a little more crisp, like a decent german lager, but not as much and with a lot more (subdued yet well-pronounced) hop flavor. a tad sweet. a little bit of lemoniness. i am open to trying other variations of this. not sure if it'll work with popular hop varieties?
