Clear amber color with beige head. Aroma has biscuits, caramel, toffee and a light fruitiness. Taste starts sweet with nice toffee notes, some dried dates and raisins, light earthy bitterness on the finish, just to tame the sweetness a bit. Spicy, slightly boozy on the aftertaste. Medium body and medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a decent barleywine but nothing spectacular.

Pours a clear brown colour with medium carbonation and very small head.
The smell is not very obvious, some roasted malt.
The taste is very sweet in the beginning, leaving then room for scotch and oak barrel aromas, caramel and roasted malt. There's some hoppy flavour also, hidden well below the high alcohol content.
Enjoyable, but there's still room for improvement.
