I am so sorry to be the one to write this in here - a really nice older guy with a memorable beard poured samples of ten "different" beers for us - but -- this is some of the most godawful stuff we've ever had - ever. Reason the word "different" is in quotes is - the beers basically all came off the same - watery, sour, with a face-contorting after-taste at the end to top it off! "Beer for the people" is their motto - well, for the Bud-drinking people I guess - tho' we might have even been grateful for a Coors Lite at the end of that torturous tasting session! Oh well!! A beautiful farm, and location, anyway.

Appearance is slight hazy orange, plenty of carbonation with small to no head retention.
Smell - Has some nice fruity and malty notes to the nose.
Taste - Very mild flavors with no hop presence. Has almost Witbier flavoring profile. Not picking up rye or grainy tastes much at all. Some mineral water aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Extremely watery.
Overall - A very light and sessionable beer. Decent enough to drink easily but the flavors are not quite good enough to seek out again. I'd definitely be ok drinking it again if offered.
