Poured from bottle into a goblet. I thought this was an American Red Ale, but the sourness of it makes me wonder if it's supposed to be more of a Flanders Red Ale. I'm unfortunately not sure.
A: Huge amount of off-white head over a blood-orange body. Head dies down over time to a lining of bubbles around the glass.
S: Overpowering lactic sourness with some dry, earthy must. Sourness fades over time to more woodsy smell.
T: Again mostly sour but not as overpowering as in the smell. A bit of tart cherry at the end once it warms up.
M: Very bubbly, halfway to champagne.
