A straight up delcious pilsner. Pours out to a bright golden in the glass with a faint smell of light yeast and malt. Taste is that of a euro-pils and actually reminded me a bit of Czechvar. Extremely drinkable and thirst quenching. This would be a nice hot day beer.

Golden color. Cloudy with a decent head. The head recedes to a wispy layer of foam. Laces the glass slightly
Smells slightly hoppy.
Taste is a solid hop sense with a dry tart aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is light and well carbonated.
This is not my favorite style but this tastes like no other pilsner I've had. It might actually be my favorite pilsner but I like the Leopold Bros. Red better.

Pours out to a cloudy straw golden, forming a large rocky white head with a vigorous pour, forming nice clumpy sheets of honeycomb lacing and with excellent retention. Unfiltered lager. Aroma is of a quality pils...Spicy with traditional Saaz, dry and semi-dusty pale malts, a touch of freshly mown hay, and a light note of vanilla. Very nice fresh aroma. Carbonation is moderate, kinda lighter for the style, but I appreciate this as I don't like all my pilseners exploding on my tongue. Mouthfeel is also very nice with a fresh bright acidity and prickly bubbles, but not forming foam in the mouth. Medium-light body. Taste begins with tart and spicy Saaz hops with a distinct touch of lemon, dry pale malts with a touch of husk, somemore lemony tartness towards the dry, crisp finish with lingering notes of hay. Bitterness is medium, spot-on for the style. Cleanly fermented.
This is an excellent Pils, although it is a bit too dry for the style and hefty at 6.3% ABV. I could drink more of these if they had a wetter finish. The semi-extreme lemon tartness may get obnoxious after 3-4 of these, but it's quite easy to put one back.

Leopold Bros. Pils
Poured a pale straw yellow with a slight haze. (not suprising being unfiltered) A short white head topped the body, but dissapated quickly. No noticable lacing on the glass. Appealing nose of floral hops and citrus. Nice round body. Clean tasting with a little grapfruit tang balanced with hop bitterness.
This beer may be just a little too fruity for a Pils, but that doesn't make it any less tasty. A very refreshing beer. I could drink quite a few of these.
