Appearance: Golden yellow, clear. Good carbonation. Foamy head of about 2cm, before it settled to leave just the surface covered.
Smell: Creamy & biscuity nose - with lager bittnerness poking through.
Taste: Initially smooth - very un-lager-like. But then a lemony bitterness comes back, a more usual lager taste.
Feel: Momentarily creamy before lager fizz hits the tongue.
Overall: Really enjoyed this Pilsner. Don't normally plunge for lager-style beers - was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Very drinkable.
