Bottle from Homebrewstuff. Dark brown pour with spotty beige head. Nice roasty aroma, hints of chocolate. Taste is more of the roasty bitterness, chocolate, a hint of sweetness. Solid throughout, not usually a porter guy, but I'm enjoying this.

L: Opaque black with a creamy brown head. Leaves nice lacing.
S: Subtle and lovely coffee.
T: Coffee, toasted bread.
M: Bubbles on the tongue ever so slightly, but rich cream overwhelms in the end.
O: A good Porter. I'd love to try this against the Irvington, Alameda's other Porter. I recommend it. Grab it while you can.
