Baby is our Nice Weather-Backyard Drinking-Style IPA. It has the hoppy flavor and aroma of a Double IPA, but at 4.4% abv. it’s manageable to have a few without falling over! Baby Elephant is brewed with pale malt, wheat, and oats to give it enough body, but no cloying sweetness. It’s alsohopped with Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, and Summit hops, which give Baby Elephant its signature juicy, citrus west-coast hop profile.

Hazy pale yellow orange appearance with moderate fuzzy head with modest lacing. Hoppy fruity citrus notes. Medium body, moderate to strong carbonation, crisp finish.

Had this on draft. Flaxen haze, grapefruit aroma and taste. Tannin and pine comes through. Nice, wet mouth feel, tart and tannin aftertaste. With a low ABV, this is a go to session ale.

The Hollow, Albany, NY.
A- Pale golden yellow pour from the taps to a pint glass. A white head forms over a finger high with a mostly foamy consistency and good retention. Large webs of lace sticks around the glass.
S- Hops forward with a bit of pale grains and yeast bread backing it. A balanced profile of citrus, dank, pine and slight tropical fruit like mango. Clean.
T- Pretty much runs the tracks of the aroma to a tee with the hops profile coming off clean up front with medium strength. Mango, tangerine, grapefruit orange, dank herbs, pine and floral hop profile. Not juicy but hoppy and fulfilling nonetheless. Cereal grains, yeast bread and light sweets. Hop centric.
MF- Puffy light to medium body with a substantial frothy and creamy consistency. Moderately high carbonation and a light bitterness tickles the taste buds in the aftertaste.
A sessionable, flavorful IPA that delivers good body and hop punch for the low ABV. Would easily order it again.
