On-tap at Mugs Ale House, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is hazy golden yellow in color. It poured with a thin white head covering the surface and coating the sides of the glass; the head on the surface died down to a patch of bubbles in the center but the thick lacing on the sides of the glass remained.
S: Light aromas of Belgian yeast and brett are present in the nose along with some hints of pineapples.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste starts out with flavors of Belgian yeast and Brett funk. It finishes with notes of pineapples from the hops, the latter of which contributes a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a nice balance between the yeast flavors and the fruity notes from the hops.
Serving type: on-tap

From 12/02/14 notes. 14 oz. pour in a tulip at The Jeffrey in NYC.
Pours a super hazy bright orange-yellow color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident. Citrus hops, tropical fruits, lightly sour fruity malts, funk, oak, earthy malts, light floral hops, and dirt. Medium body and low carbonation, super smooth mouthfeel.
Overall very good...I know it is a BIPA, but it is like an amazing hoppy Blue Moon. Lightly tart and funky, worth checking out if you like Belgian IPA's or witbier's.

Pours a cloudy dark straw, with five fingers of white foam o'er top, that could be the poster child for this style. Just doesn't get better appearance than this.
Peppery and tart with hints of funk aroma that shares billing with some righteous citrus and herbal bitter. Nice.
Taste is simplicity expressed as complexity, all the simple goodness of a belgian pale tart, all the simple goodness of a great saison funk, and all the simple goodness of a IIPA hop masterpiece collide and create a well attenuated beer of complexity and deliciosity of a wondrous magnitude.
Despite the look it is moderate carb., moderate viscosity, very clean flavor profile, and a finish that features perfect amounts of tart funk and drying bitter.
Great beer. Rushing Duck lately has been hitting home run after home run with their beers. This baby clears the bases.
