Wow - that's all I can say. I stop by RD every month or so usually for some IPA's or maybe a stout. I spotted this and thought - " Beets - are u kidding me " - buddy of mine tried a small pour and enjoyed it so I got one. Damn - SO tasty. I did not expect anything and this brew was wonderful. Very different as I expected but the flavor blew me away - excellent brew. Well done.

L: It pours a hazy pink with very little head. Leaves some lacing. Not sure how I found this appealing, but I did. It stands out and not in a bad way.
S: Not much aroma. A vegetably smell, wheat, lemon. All fairly faint, but nice.
T: Follows nose with a nice , easy berliner weiss tartness. an easy, refreshing sipper.
F: Medium body and light to moderate carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed this one. I hope they make it again. It seemed to be a hit at the brewery.
