Thanks to SammyJaxxx for this one from NBS BIF #4. 16oz can poured into 10oz goblet. Poured a very cloudy yellow gold color with about a half-inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma started with a very nice blast of hops, bright and citrusy, with no particular malt note, and a slight bit of a yeast spice. The flavors were similar, but more subdued than the scent, the opposite of my general experience. citrus hops were at the forefront, the yeast had the middle covered, with just a bit of a bitter tang on the finish.

The body was leaning towards medium, from light, and had a dry, clean finish. Drinkability was good, I could easily see knocking back a few of these. Overall, a pretty nice beer, one I would drink more of were it local to me. Worth trying if you see it.

Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Teku; canned on 10/17/16.

Appearance: Golden-amber colored body with a thin cap of head from a light and easy pour. There's an obvious thickness to this one, there's something akin to sediment suspended in it.

Aroma: Bright and vibrant citrus and pine, with a lot of orange coming through. A spicy hop presence as well.

Taste: Orange, grapefruit, and pine. Spicy grass hop presence as well. Subtle sweetness on the end.

Mouthfeel: Full body feel on this one, hops make themselves known. There's an "odd" bitterness on the finish that sits on the tip and sides of the tongue.

Overall: This is a really tasty beer, however I think the bitterness on the end is a bit much. It only mildly detracts from this beer for me. Other than that I really dig this one!

Thanks to Sammyjaxxxx for this one!

This beer was received from @cavedave and was canned 10/17/16. It states that it contains Citra and Vic Secret hops.

Right on the can pop, a delicious aroma of pineapple and citrus wafts across the room - there's no doubt what this beer will deliver. It poured a cloudy straw color, and it looked viscous. The generous white foamy head dropped after a few minutes, but it left ample spider web lacing on the glass and a nice little layer of raft-like foam remained to the end.

The smell is wonderful as it opens up...pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit, very light malt on the nose - just a melange of tropical and citrus aroma, but the pineapple was the star in my opinion. A hint of sweetness that I think seems related to the fruit, but not entirely sure.

The taste...wow, this beer delivers. What a nice, balanced blend. There is the obvious fruit...pineapple being dominant to me, but grapefruit, passionfruit, a little tangerine along for the ride. This is carried by a nice bitter bite that flows through the taste supporting and tempering the fruit and sweetness. There is an earthy undertone that comes and goes, very mild on the malt. A slight juicy-like sweetness. There just enough of a resinous note that balances and provides a little bit of a zing, perking up the taste just after the swallow.

The feel is slick and creamy, almost but not quite thick, definitely lip-smacking, a little tingle on the tongue. Not overly dry, but very clean on the finish that makes ya want some more.

Overall, this is an extremely flavorful brew that, well, delivers a sledgehammer's worth of flavor with the deft, skillful blow of a sculptor. Balanced, refreshing, bracing...a well-crafted beer with attention to detail, in my opinion. The aroma from the empty glass filled the room for quite some time...amazing. Highly recommended.
