Canned on 4/24/2017; three weeks old. Poured from 16 oz. can into Rushing Duck Belgian glass. It pours an opaque, tangerine-gold with a nice bubbly, egg-white head and lots of lacing. It smells of pineapple, lemon, floral hops, and a whiff of pepper. At the first sip I'm getting lots of pineapple and bready yeast. It's followed by the peppercorn that begins subtly and then grows. There's little hop bitterness but the pink peppercorn is a nice proxy and balances the sweet fruit well. It features a pleasant, medium body with lively carbonation, and a temperate 7.2% ABV that while noticeable isn't overpowering. I've had Brux several times at the brewery but this is the first time I've bought cans and I have to say, I'm really liking this. I think the original is better than the 4th Anniversary version they served earlier this year. For now on, I'm going to pick up cans every chance I get!

Poured from 16 oz can dated 1/31/2017. Thanks to @cavedave for giving me a chance to try this one.
A: Hazy golden yellow with huge 3-4 finger soapy white head that lasts forever and leaves chunks of lace.
S: Juicy citrus mixed with white pepper. Ripe stone fruits with bready yeast notes.
T: Lightly tart citrus. Pepper coming through but not overpowering. Seems to add to the depth of the flavors. Subtle earthy funk, grapefruit rind, and orange zest. There is a lot going on here, but the results are quite tasty.
M: Medium body with average carbonation. Soft and creamy texture with just a touch of bitterness.
O: Excellent IPA with some unique twists.

Hazy orange amber. Drippy lacing. Berry and sweet citrus aroma.
Melony, tropical berries, lush pine flavor. Tangerine with pine interspersed. Juiciness tamed by a doughy malt. Finishing flurry of passionfruit and pineapple. I'd say the pink peppercorn makes for a drier finish, and pulls this beer to the Midwest from being a total juice bomb. I really appreciate the balance of flavor this beer puts forth. It really exceeded expectations, which seems stupid because this brewery does it right.

16oz can poured into Teku.
Appearance: Hazy golden with 1/2 finger of head with minimal lacing
Smell: Citrus hop notes
Taste: Citrus hop flavors with an underlying pepper-note
Mouthfeel: Medium with minimal resin in the finish
Overall: A nice hazy IPA, but I found the peppercorn to be really distracting. Maybe a more complex malt bill with even some Rye would really improve this brew.

Pours a hazy pale orange with a finger of white head. Aroma is subdued but has subtle citrus and white pepper notes. Taste hits the same notes but ups the intensity a bit. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The addition of the peppercorns makes for an interesting beer, they aren't super intense and the beer remains quite drinkable.

This one pours a very hazy light orange, with a small creamy head, and lots of lacing. Once you pour the end of the can, with the dregs, it becomes super milky and gross looking.
This smells like tart pineapple, mango, white pepper, and a bit of pine.
The strain of Brett used here is not incredibly expressive, there's a little bit of tart fruit character, and some white pepper, but that's likely the peppercorns, not the Brett. This is super, super juicy with a ton of orange creamsicle, some mango, and sweet grapefruit, with very little bitterness.
This has a nice creamy mouthfeel, with a good level of carbonation.
This was highly enjoyable, but I'm not entirely sure I'd be able to identify it as a Brett IPA if I didn't know.

Complex beer to say the least. Pours like a grapefruit color. Head is way creamier than most other IPAS I've had. Mouth feel and taste are spot on. Was Lucky enough to get this beer 2 days after canning. Great beer with some complex citrus/fruity hop aromas. This brewery is on the rise
