I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a golden honey color with a foamy, milk-white head and lacing. It smells of vanilla, honey, cocoa, and sweet malt. It is a magnificent ale: it is vanilla forward with subtle cocoa nibs and honey. The flavors work together beautifully. This ale is medium-bodied, pleasantly carbonated, and the 7.7% ABV gives it substance without being overwhelming. It is a beautifully-crafted and delicious ale. It may be the best Braggot I've ever enjoyed.
