Pours like orange juice. Nice big white head. Aroma orange peel and lemon. Taste follows the nose. With a light tanginess, caramel tones and citrus. First one from them. Look forward to more from them.

Thanks goes out to cavedave for this brew.
16 oz. Can
Canned On: 6/26/17
My first from this brewery.
Poured into a Squatters true pint glass a very nice cloudy golden pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, with some malts, citrusy/lemon, never heard of these Motueka hops, definitely getting that, very slight diesel. The taste is really nice, hoppy (Motueka), malty, with some nice citrus lemon, very slight diesel. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a very nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew, different take on the style (I guess). Addictive! Glad to have gotten a chance to try it. Thanks Dave!

Canned 6/26/2017. Poured into Rushing Duck Belgian glass. It pours a hazy, golden-straw color with orange hues, and a foamy, bright white head and lacing. The nose is rather subdued, mostly lemon, caramel, and Motueka hops. I found the taste to be more interesting. In addition to the citrus, there is discernible vanilla. Also, the Motueka adds a unique hop presence. This ale is light, crisp, and refreshing, with abundant carbonation, and with a medium ABV of 6.3
5, it is very easy to drink. Overall, I found it flavorful and satisfying.
