Pours a super cloudy, milky, yellowish off white color. Doesn't look like any Grisette I've seen before.
Lots of hops on the nose and in the taste. Not much of that bright clean funk character you expect from a Grisette.
Not a terrible beer, but a massive deviation from the style.
