16oz can purchased at the brewery. Pours an opaque yellowish orange with a half inch of head. Minimal lacing. Tons of fruits in the nose. Pineapple, grapefruit, kiwi, lime, mango, passionfruit and peach. Some floral hops as well. The taste is bitter grapefruit with some pineapple, dank hops, lime zest and mango. Lightly toasted malts come out more towards the end along with more bitter grapefruit. Peppery finish. Juicy mouthfeel with low carbonation and a slightly dry mouthfeel. Worth seeking out.

Cloudy, milkshake-like yellow-orange with two fingers of sudsy, near-white head that leave thick lacing.
Huge aroma of overripe peach, passionfruit, flowers, jungle dankness and some white pepper behind.
The taste isn't quite so intense. There's a dull bitterness throughout that pushes the dank fruit flavors to the background. It's sort of a cross between grass and grapefruit pith. Strong peppery bite on the backend, too. That bitterness and pepper are what linger in the aftertaste.
Not quite pillowy, but it has that fresh-squeezed juice feel: medium bodied, almost pulpy, with a light, prickly carbonation.
This is an absolute pleasure to try. Definitely within spitting distance of some of the household name NEIPA producers.

Canned 8/10/2017 so three days old when reviewed. Poured into Rushing Duck Belgian glass. It pours an opaque straw color with a finger of foamy, milk-white head and extensive lacing with excellent retention. The nose features grapefruit, lemon peel, and a whiff of vanilla. The first thing I taste is a creamy caramel, along with tart, bitter grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. There follows a blast of the Galaxy hops, bitter but somewhat delicate. It nibbles but doesn't bite. There is also a little pepper at the finish. The tastes blend really nicely. What really sets this ale apart, however, is its creamy, pillowy, mouth feel. It seems to slide down the back of the throat. The carbonation is pleasant and despite its 7% ABV it drinks like a session ale. This is simply a sensational beer that satisfies all the senses: it's delicious and the feel is such that I could drink it all day. This is far away my favorite of the RDR&D series.

Pours a murky grapefruit juice color with a righteous dollop of off white foam that lingers for a few minutes. It falls to a lasting cap and leaves impressive lacicles on the glass.
Full aroma featuring sweet grapefruit, grapefruit pith, floral, yeasty tart and doughy sweet, with slightest hint of overripe peach.
Full taste that features bright representations of all the flavors in the aroma, balanced perfectly. Finish is all about citrus pith and light amount of piney bitter. Delicious.
Highly viscous, low carb., very resinous, soft on palate, refreshing, with a killer finish that is just sweet enough.
Best of the RDR&D series. It showcases Galaxy hops better than any beer I have tried. Highly recommended, another home run from RD.
