I had this on draught at the brewery. 12 oz. pour served in a tulip glass. It pours a hazy, golden-orange color with a bright white had and soapy lacing that retained its integrity through the pour. The nose features orange peel and Belgian spice but was rather subdued. This is an interesting Belgian Pale Ale: while it had a distinct taste of orange and a hint of lemon, it was far more bitter than I anticipated. There is some coriander and clove in the background but the hops dominate. This ale is light and crisp, with lively carbonation, and is very easy to drink with a moderate ABV of 4.7% Overall, this is a nice summer beer, easy to drink, but on the bitter side.
