On draught at the brewery. Served in a 12 oz. plastic cup (during COVID-19 pandemic). It pours a turbid, pastel yellow with thick, creamy, bright white head and lacing. It's a very attractive pour. It has a strong, and pleasing, aroma of brett yeast, lemon peel, and fragrant floral hops. Wow! The taste opens with strong sour brett notes but there is also strong bitter hop presence. As it warms, there is tart, slightly sour lemon and grapefruit, some sweeter red berry, and even some honey-like notes. All the flavors are delicate and they nicely complement each other. This is a very tasty beer! The mouth feel is thick and creamy with a delightful level of carbonation, and the 5.9% ABV allows for very easy drinking. Overall, Wanda Project 3.0 is a quiet gem. It's a really nice hybrid between a Wild Ale and American IPA that is delicious and easy to drink. Highly recommended.
