Oh yeah, I’d drink this again. And again.
Poured into a snulip (at least I think that’s what they are called) and it poured stout black with a light brown head, even 3 years past its bottling date. For a milk stout that isn’t BA, that was impressive.
The aroma was lost on my Covid damaged nose. Stupid Covid.
The taste is very good: plenty of chocolate and coffee and figs and plums and the sweet, smooth lactose layer. Then the rye kicks in and adds yet another layer, it doesn’t distract from what came before but sets a limit as to how sweet it goes. Damn good stuff.
The feel is viscous and appropriate for the style.
For a non BA stout, it tasted like one and had the ABV of one. And 3 years after it was bottled it was still really good.

I'd call it a jammy mahogany as it has a lot of red mixed in with darker brown. Creamy, saddle colored head.
Full bodied from the wheat, smooth and creamy from the lactose, rising spice from the rye. Fruity sangria overtones, fig and dark molasses cookies, rum soaked raisins...even though it's not BA. I guess at >15% you're destined to notice some alcohol. Alcohol overburdens the nostrils somewhat as it is slightly abrasive with orange curacao and Bailey's cream.

Reviewed two days after release. Poured from 22 oz. bottle into a Rushing Duck 8th Anniversary commemorative glass. It pours a very dark walnut - nearly black - with a large, frothy, light khaki-colored head and thick coating of lacing. Its fragrant nose features roasted malt, rye, molasses, vanilla cream, and subtle char. The taste opens sweet and boozy with cocoa and vanilla, balanced by dry rye and wheat that remind me of Swedish crispbread. There is a a hint of spicy bitterness at the finish. This Stout is thick and creamy with moderate carbonation. And there's no escaping the 15.8% ABV that warms throughout the pour. Ten Days Til Dark is just the type of big Stout that Rushing Duck excels in brewing. It's big and bold and flavorful. It's definitely a dessert sipper. It would pair well with vanilla ice cream.
