Looks a bit like morning pee, cloudy but not in a great way. Didn’t have much of a head when poured. Nice smell, like sitting in a tropical fruit orchard in Jamaica (more on that later). Taste is a bit all over the place, appropriate for the Chaos part of its name, and the diversity of hops used (Galaxy, Strata, and Rakau) - tropical, dry and slightly bitter finish, with some dank hints of marijuana (hence the Jamaica reference). Mouthfeel is light and a bit watery but still luscious on the tongue, abundant prickly (almost champagne like) carbonation, finishing dry. It’s the kind of beer I open, think it’s pretty interesting, but don’t open another for a while. Love this brewery, so laud the experiment here for sure.

A: The beer is very hazy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that only died down a bit and has very good retention properties.
S: Moderate aromas of honeysuckle are present in the nose along with notes of honeydew melon and hints of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has additional notes of peppery spices.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this NEIPA to be unique, particularly with its flavors of peppery spices.
Serving type: can
