A Barley Wine Beer that tastes like a caramel apple from the fair. It is a bright golden color and Dangerously Smooth! Imbibe with caution!

On draught at the brewery. Served in a snulip glass. It pours a pretty amber-orange with a thin, ecru colored head and minimal lacing. The nose is big and fruity with notes of raisin and fig, along with caramel and brown sugar. Its taste is very sweet and boozy with lots of raisin, fig, plum, brown sugar, and a huge bourbon presence. The mouthfeel is dense and oily with lite carbonation. There is no escaping the 14.3% ABV. Overall, Cleo is a HUGE Barleywine with lots of flavor but you have to treat it with respect. Sip it slowly and have a designated driver.
