Had this one off at the grand opening of the Rushing Duck tasting room yesterday. It's a witbier that was fermented with brett for roughly 6 months.

Appearance: Pours your classic cloudy straw yellow with a 1.5 finger white crown that shows some retention and lace.

Smell: Lots of tart and snappy wheat, some moderate citrus notes, and a nice wave of very soft and well refined brett funk.

Taste: Same as the nose but the tartness is kicked up a notch in a good way.

Mouthfeel: Thick side of thin bodied with solid carbonation and a deliciously dry finish.

Overall: Man I really could drink this beer all summer long and for a good portion of the other 3 seasons too. A solid witbier with a really nice brett integration!

Rushing Duck does it again!
