A dark beer with winterspices like star-anice, cinnamon and cloves. Very spicy with a harmonious balance of juniper berries, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla.

Dark brown, almost black. Light brown foam, quite creamy.
In the smell some candy sugar, cinnamon, marshmallow.
Christmassy, belgian, vanilla, some fruitiness, plum sweetness, apricot.
Almost too easy in the taste. The alcohol is absolutely well hidden.
Maybe a bit strange the gap between the challenging smell and the easy drinkability.
Biscuit, caramel, plum / apricot fruitiness.
A bit of bitterness in the end.
Well, pleasant. A good surprise, we expected a cloying sweetness.
