At Bier Market Montreal, this is the laciest, creamiest of the IPA flight. 7 oz pours!
A) Cigar volume smokey lace over a clouded northern style body.
S) Citric, plus a creamy vanilla, flowershop feel. Sweet rind.
T) Follows smell but offers more fruit and shake creasicle, but lands it with a bitter firm stick.
F) Need I say creamy, coconut oil, sticky, and yet a clean bitter, pleasant, invite more landing. Kissy too.
O) I’m moving to Quebec.

Murky dark gold color with no visible activity. Creamy and bubbly beige 1-2 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of butter, caramel, vanilla, pineapples, orange, sweet barley, and herbal hops. Milky and silky medium to full body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, a bit piney and floral with a tropical feel. Good freshness, well intensified, and nicely bodied. Overall very good quality craft.

Appearance - This beer pours a cloudy golden color in between straw and orange, head is foamy but fades relatively quickly. Definitely a decent looking beer.

Aroma - The aromas up front are sweet juices such as pineapple, orange, some mango a hint of peach, and lactose

Taste - Those same fruits are upfront with almsot a creamy taste and slight bitterness on the back end.

Feel - The mouthfeel is definitely on the light end of medium with some prickly carbonation, at 50 ibu bitterness is light and it goes down pretty smooth.

Overall - This is what I milkshake IPA should be, Juicy Sweet with very light bitterness and goes down smooth. Definitely worth a try,

Creamy head that dies slowly on the glass. Foamy cream that seems to be reviving at every instance.

At first the beer waa clear dark golden but then became cloudy which it should be. The orange cloudy color is very nice.

Smell is fruit, pinneapple, and citrus which a shy bitter smell that comes tickles the nose.

In mouth, the fruity flavours comes in first, followed by a shy bitterness and malty flavours.

Hazy burnt gold color. Huge, chunky/rocky head which leaves 3D lace on the glass.

Creamy aroma with a subtle spicy touch of hop. Grapefruit and sweet caramel nose.

The taste starts off smooth with the hop gradually culminates into a fine balance at the swallow. It continues to intensify in the aftertaste. There's a light alcohol warmth throughout.

Bottled the 20th of July, 2017.
Moderate pour yields one inch white head over a slightly hazy golden body with some sticky lacing. Faint nose of tropical fruit and orange. Very nice taste of said fruit with an ever so slightly bitter finish. Good feel and overall surprisingly good for a Milkshake IPA as I am only familiar with a few domestic offerings and this far exceeds those. Nice job and cheers to my neighbors from over the border!

Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrus and tangerine notes with light vanilla is enticing. Taste is a mix of sweet citrusy notes with some floral undertones of light tangerine notes with some residual sugar notes and subtle vanilla notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Great milkshake IPA.

From a 500ml bottle dated 03/04/17 - because it's Canadian, I don't know whether that's March 4th or April 3rd but, anyway... served in a nonic.

Pours a heavily hazed - or lightly murky, depending on how you care to look at these things - pale, straw-yellow with a big, bouncy head of froth. It bills itself as a 'milkshake' IPA and certainly the head looks like it belongs on an ice cream soda but the beer itself is less of a milkshake than any given Trillium brew. After ten minutes the head still hasn't caved in so I'm just going to have to go ahead and drink it. OK, finally there are fat gobs of lacing which do, in fact, look like they came from a milkshake.

There is no nose to speak of, maybe a little malty or a little bit of orange peel which could just as easily be coming from the bowl of clementines out in the kitchen.

Taste is bready and a little sweet. Milk sugar and caramel, orange water, grass, and, weirdly, tupperware lid. Finishes with some sticky, tingly, mouthcoating fruity bitterness.

Feel is creamy but thin, light-to-medium bodied and heavily carbonated.

I want to be careful how I say this, but this is a pretty uninteresting beer which was, nevertheless, delightful to drink. There is very little depth of flavour or aroma but it has a good, plain, simple profile which was, in the end, satisfying in the same way that sometimes a slice of homemade white bread is better than a piece of birthday cake. Or, I don't know, I could be talking out my ass. At any rate, I could easily drink eight or ten of these. But if I don't get up and rinse my glass right now, I'm going to need a sandblaster to get it clean.
