Hazy golden color with a finger of white head that dissipates pretty quick. Some nice rings of lacing.
N: citrusy hops and pale malts, some grapefruit. Not too complex, a fresh hoppy, inviting pale ale
T: nice hop flavours but nothing spectacular, nice and citrusy with a present but very drinkable bitterness.
M: light bodied with light medium carbonation, smooth
O: a fresh quick easy to drink pale ale. Good to share with friends, or a good start for someone just getting into bitter ales and IPA

Surprisingly decent bitter beer. Wafts hops. A substantive bitterness. Drinkable. Some lace, some retained head, medium yellow. Joshua R’s bottle. A tad thin, but still some tasty stuff.I would have this again. Not the citrus expected of an APA however.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light citrus notes with some lightly sweet malt backbone is quiet refreshing. Taste is also dominated by some sweet malt with some medium citrus notes with not much bitterness in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed overall with refreshing taste profile though hops could be a bit more pronounced.

Appearance - Slightly hazy gold colour with an average size fizzy light beige coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation and there is some decent lacing. The head lasted for around 4-5 minutes.
Smell - Malts, citrus, hops, something astringent
Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste hops, grapefruit/lemon and some nice apricot/peach. Unfortunately there is a bit of an astringent flavour that seems to be common in Quebec IPA's. It ends with a fairly bitter aftertaste.
Overall - Worth trying, especially considering the lack of semi-decent IPA's in Quebec. If only that astringent/medicine like flavour wasn't there..

Listed as 40 IBU's.
Appearance: Pours a totally clear light gold body. A thick off-white head is pretty dominant and just latches on to the glass. Mountainous and frothy.
Smell: Fresh citrus, grassy, bit of peaches, moderate hops with a touch of sweetness.
Taste: Malt hits hard first but hops are not far behind with some pine, mild grapefruit and a sweet spicy finish that really lingers.
Mouthfeel: Creamy & smooth at first, maybe a tinge weak but a nice moderate bitterness follows, especially in the aftertaste.
Overall: This beer came out of nowhere and surprises me. Doesn't break the mold but it is a solid first offering and makes me want to seek it out again and try other beers they might release.
