Appearance: Crystal clear with a light brown golden color body filled with carbonation. The head is thick at first but quickly dissipates into a thin ring around the glass and forms a dense lacing. The head is white and fluffy while it lasts
Smell: Floral and spices come through first followed by apples and a mild citrus aroma, afterwards you can pick up some earthy/herbal notes.
Taste: Spices hit your first followed by the citrus zest and apples, mild hops bring out a mild bitterness. This ale is sweet is overall, but very refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean cut, this ale is light bodied and filled with carbonation.
Overall: Refreshing and very pleasant to drink.
