De color dorado, con dos dedos de espuma de buena retención. Ligera y de carbonatación media. Aroma a malta, lúpulo y frutas. En boca es dulce con notas maltosas.

From Hipercor. In Teku glass. After dinner. Very bitter, with a strong herbal bitterness that lacks nearly any flavor nor aroma but isnt unpleasant. Like if they have used old hops. Avg 3.2
14 Apr 2018. From Hipercor. New label. In Teku glass. At lunch, after futsal match. With fried squids + swordfish. Much better than previous year. Very springly, with fresh flowerly hoppy notes. Really moreish. Left me craving for more. Could have it daily. Avg 4.32
19 Junio 2019. De Hipercor. Version 2019. En copa Teku. Jugando a Hollow Knight. Ni rastro de las primaverales notaa florales que le recordaba del año pasado. Este año solo es un correcta ipa resinosa. Buen cuerpo. Avg 3.28
11 Abril 2020. En copa Teku. Nueva etiqueta de 2020. En almuerzo, con bacalao dorado + tortillitas de bacalao con gambas. Se ve que la fresquisima versión de 2018 no volverá. Esta está algo mejor que la de 2019, menos resinosa y con algo de presencia de lúpulo floral, pero lejos de aquella. Al menos el feel y la base maltosa son buenos.

Was a big fan of their usual IPA (when I can find it), it was my favourite Spanish beer ever and pretty much up there with West Coast IPA's. Found this in El Corte Ingles, the only IPA in the entire massive shop, out of thousands and thousands of beers...it was the last one!
Good head level, nice colour. Nice greeny pinky bottle to represent la primavera.
Anyway, just whacked Sash-La Primavera on in the background for extra effect. Or is it affect..? Not too sure...
Aroma is totally amazing, possibly the best ever. Fruity and hoppy and peachy and apricotty, truly alive.
Really beautifully bitter taste. Wow I love this. Perfect bitter balance, not too much malt, hops are stronger and shine through.
Feel has an amazing fizzy bitterness that moves and fizzles around the mouth and tongue.
I only wish IPA's would be easier to buy in Spain and they would catch up with America and England, where you can buy them in most bars and pubs and shops...
These brewers, based in Toledo just outside Madrid, are possibly the best brewers in Spain and should be more internationally famous. And considering I live in Madrid, it's strange that everywhere sells Mahou and some of their other offerings, though for this I must fight for a single beer in Madrid's biggest El Corte Ingles supermarket..!
