A- Pours a rust red with a huge 3 to 4 finger offwhite head. It seems a little over carbonated. I had to do two pour to fit it all into the glass. Mabe bottled a little early? Still over all a good looknig beer once it settles

S - Not that pleasing. Too sour and yeasty for me.

T - A very nice flavor. Dry but mixes nice with the sweetnes of caramel. Finishes fairly bitter. Much more pleasant that the aroma

M - A medium body beer. Nice bubbly feel in the mouth. Possibly from being over carbed? There is a strong alcohol burn on the finish that is a little harsh

O - An ok beer, but definately not one of my favorite. Generally, I like Hubrew's beers too. I will give this beer another chance and hopefully find a batch that was carbonated correctly in the bottle.
