A: pours dark, reddish amber body with small, white head with nice retention and lacing.
S: sweet, ginger smell with some sweet, cookie-like undertones (Vienna malt?)
T: subtle ginger taste with not much of a sweet, malt taste; a little thin; curious, floral aftertaste?
M: medium bodied and fairly smooth
D: ok feel and taste combo; interesting, but expected the gingerbread cookie taste to be more prevalent

Aroma weak, but hints of caramel. Dark brown appearance, thinnish, no head. Taste, refreshing, caramel, apple, brown sugar. Feel...thin, very low carb. Ok.
