Might not get the best rep for being Bolero Snort but this is a great beer nevertheless. It's American Pale What Ale hopped with El Dorado hops. For 4.2 percent abv the amount of body and flavor that comes out of this one is pretty damn under-appreciated to say the least.

Pours a lightly hazy pale gold in color with a finger of decently Li ng lasting white head. Aroma is a bit of subtly musty wheat, maybe some grassy hops, and not much else. Taste is more musty wheat, some subtle banana, and grassy and grassy hops. Medium-light body and moderate-high carbonation. Overall a decent beer and probably the least terrible beer I've had from Bolero Snort.

16oz tallyboy, sample from the brewery.

Slightly hazed pale golden hue, perhaps one of the best heads I've see in a good while. Love the aromas and flavors coming from this brew, super smooth with a lighter body ... lots of hop resin on the palate. Suggestions of lemon-lime zest, fresh grass, white tea, blonde tobacco, orange pith, lemongrass, and a faintness of mango. Bready underneath, a tad yeasty. Dry, fruity and grassy in the finish. Exceptional drinking here, in a world where IPAs are dominant hop forward beers like this really shine for me. Seek this beer out.

This one is light and tasty. It's thin and crisp but smooth. The smell is wheat and hoppy with lemony citrus, bubble gum, and something like a light strawberry or watermelon. The taste follows with some bitterness in the finish. Nice a refreshing. yb
