Bullazed is our brand spanking new Double IPA brewed with insane amounts of Simcoe along with some of our other favorite hops with pops of citrus and a dank dry finish. #LetsGetBullazed

Pounder can from my brother. Hazy orange amber body with small, soft frothy head. Aroma is initially dank and earthy, some citrus. Taste fades a bit, becomes more citrus/grapefruit , mild bitterness. Somewhat juicy, but tongue is still stinging a bit. Initial presentation is great, then it takes a step back. Still pretty solid.

Bob Olson (Go Jersey Beer!) has been making great stuff for many years, and Bullazed is no exception. He’s also known for thinking outside the box and pushing the envelope. He has a sure-fire winner in this “Pineapple Express.” As advertised, the pineapple shines through, especially on the palate, but also sweet orange, mango and other tropical fruits play strong supporting roles. It’s medium-bodied (for me, anyway) and semi-sweet, but not cloyingly so, and the 8.5% ABV profile is dangerously hard to detect. It is, however, there, so exercise care with this wonderful DIPA. What I cannot understand is how I acquired a very fresh beer that is supposed to have been retired, but isn’t that what good sons are for? At any rate, good job, Bolero Snort! The PubScout approves!

Appearance: pours a amber color with a 1/4" head that breaks quickly.
Smell: nice aroma of tropical fruit and some floral hops.
Taste: caramel, mango, pineapple, orange, and a floral bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy in body. Lightly crisp throughout. Tropical fruits last into aftertaste.
Overall: a very enjoyable and flavorful DIPA.

A: hazy orange color. Almost to a matte color. 3 finger white super-creamy head
S: sweet orange, apricot, mango, grapefruit, vanilla, dry crackers, sweet caramel
T: alcohol, mango, pineapple, grapefruit bitterness. A big dank earthy hoppy ripe mango flavor malt and cracker finish
M: on the heavier side. Not much carbonation, and a bit silky. Or a syrup-like as a lot of DIPAs I've had
O: I think this is average. Aroma better than flavor. A touch too much alcohol in the flavor, and would like a touch more sweetness from this. Neither the hops nor malts shine here. Average

-amber-orange can pour with 1 cm of foam. Tangerine and grapefruit in the aroma, the flavors are largely citrus bitterness and some tropical fruit, and pleasantly so. The alcohol is not readily detectable. I would be happy to find this again.

Not much of an IPA guy but these double beauties are getting me to turn. Nice pour with a golden amber color. Smells of orange fruits and floral notes. Feel is very mild. Taste hit hits you with some mild bitterness but again, what I'm liking about this and Two Claw(another gem) are the fruit forward finishes. Jersey beers are really turning heads and I've never even tried anything from Kane.

A tremendous DIPA from Bolero Snout .
Beer Manager was just pulling these out of delivery after I checked out and said you should try this next time .
I figured why wait ?? :)
Beautiful cloudy golden amber color with a giant foamy head and lacing .
Smells like you are sitting on a beach in the islands, so how can that ever be bad ?? ;)
Taste follows with all sorts of fruits and only a slight bitterness . Maybe a little dry, but your nose and mouth will make you feel happy overall .
Mouthfeel to me as a stout drinker is typically light, but being unfiltered it has some body .
Overall an AWESOME RELEASE from BS and I hope they continue on their mission as I've really enjoyed some of their releases this year .
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Appearance: it looks like a beer, as always.
Smell: dank with a citrus aroma. You know what you are getting.
Taste: it's yummy. (LOL!) you get the hop and cirrus but there is the malt to cut the after taste. NOT a dogfish head 90 taste, it has its own character.
Feel: this is ALWAYS private. Read my other reviews . Feel is private.
Overall: being from norther NJ, to get a quality Fresh DIPA locally ???
UMMmmmmm yes, it's a winner !
ANYTIME you can get a fresh and I mean, fresh IPA or DIPA locally, where the taste tells you they made the effort? That means good beer.
And thats my review

Appearance - Pours golden color with thick white head very dense great lacing.
Aroma - Wow lots of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, very sweet, orange very mild hops but amazing aroma.
Taste - Flavor is very good, more to the tropical fruit side. Mango, pineapple grapefruit orange peel. The hops come out much more in the flavor no way I would have though this was 8.5% very well made.
Feel - Medium body, well carbonated slightly dry finish.
Overall - i love the flavors and the tropical aroma of this.
