Pours amber/gold with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy floral. Taste is slightly fruity up front but moves to hop bitterness quickly. Feel is very nice, kinda sticky. Overall a nice DIPA.

Appearance: pours a hazy orange color with a 1" head that slowly falls to a thick surface covering.
Smell: mild aroma as some citrus and earthy hops rise from the glass.
Taste: nicely malty with caramel, grapefruit, pine, and an earthy bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp throughout with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: a really good DIPA that is satisfying.

Ok here we go:
It pours like a beer. It's got that cloudy orange color that reminds me of dogfish head 90 IPA.
Smell: that balance between hop and malt is there and a citrus "bite" type of aroma.
Taste : after first drink my brain said "Good STUFF" . Totally reminds me of 90 IPA.
But "Jersey" style. More citrus bite but the malt to balance it out is there.
They nailed it at 9 percent . IMHO the New Jersey version of DFH 90 IPA.
Dudes, that's a compliment.
Feel: that's still personal. Now, back off ! (LOL!)
Overall:
Being from NJ, having a DIPA that tastes good and brewed by a local NJ brewer, i will buy more.

Pours a slightly hazy bronze orange color. Opaque and dark. Off-white colored head dissipates leaving lots of sticky white lacing on the glass. Residual spot of foam in the center of the beer is noted. clumps of brown yeast that looks like flour is noted floating on the beer.
Smell is very dank - herbal, floral, and grass notes come through with a touch of orange citrus. Strong malt backbone can be noted in the nose with a slight caramel malt note.
Taste has notes of herbs, weed, flowers, dried grass, and hay. Hint of mint and basil are noted. A slight touch of orange rind is noted as well. The bitterness is pretty present almost immediately and lingers onto the back end. Strong malt backbone is noted with some caramel sweetness. The aftertaste is bitter grass.
Feel is full bodied. Mild carbonation. Bitterness coats the mouth. This is on the heavy side even for a DIPA.
Overall a well crafted DIPA. If you like dank bitter IPAs you will really enjoy this one.

Another great DIPA from Bolero. The smell is caramel malts with pineapple and mango. The taste is lead by over ripe pineapple in great balance with the malts. Bitterness is on point. Not quite as good as Bullazed but really good. And great label art. yb

Canned on 12/13/2016. Poured into Bolero Snort all-purpose glass. It pours a cloudy, orange-amber color with one finger of foamy, milk-white head and lacing with excellent retention. It smells of sweet tropical fruit, lemon, grapefruit, and pine needles. It's highly aromatic. The taste is a delicious balance of fruit and bitter, biting hops but with a nice malt base. There is mango, orange, and grapefruit up front and a very bitter, hop finish. It features a nice, medium body with moderate carbonation and it earns its moniker of "Imperial IPA" with its 9% ABV. Overall, it's a solid 4.25. Bolero Snort has been brewing some fine IPAs of late.
