Single can copped from Total Wine and More in West Orange. Pours a brown mahogany hue. Assertive aroma replete with hints of sea salt and caramel. Similar overall flavor profile.

Toros in a half-shell...
Poured into a pint glass, with a one finger head. It has a light brown-amber look to it and a off white head that is slightly bubbly but generally solid.
I get a handful of pecans and some caramel sugar on the nose. It's just strong enough and has a staying power to it. A little milk chocolate too but it is a secondary scent.
As soon as it hits the palate is carries a sweet nutty character. Caramel ribbons, stale cereal grains, and a mild nuttiness. I don't find it incredibly flavorful but it's sweetness is interesting.
Mouthfeel feels thin, and a little cloying, but oh man... the saltiness builds. A lot of additional sugar was definitely added to this beer but it isn't bad. I just dislike it's thin character to a point, and that the salt gets worse and worse as you drink it. Its a down check for sure.
TMNB is fun, and definitely in the pastry beer vein, with a sweet, caramelly, slightly nutty flavor and wonderful nose. It's nose is actually better then it tastes in my humble opinion, but this is a fine beer.
