I think it's exactly what it's supposed to be, a zero IBU IPA. And it's good but I miss the bitterness of an IPA. Very drinkable and worthy of a taste.

Appearance - Pours hazy and light orange in color with a fluffy, white one-finger width head. Decent retention results in a thin, consistent layer of suds with a big build-up around the edges. Fair lacing with some thin, broken sheeting and small spotting.
Smell - Strong aroma, with juicy orange with lesser tangerine, papaya and a hint of apricot.
Taste - Not quite as juicy or strong in flavor as the nose leads on. Mild orange with a bit of stonefruit and tropical character hits upfront but fades rather quickly, leaving a hollow, almost watery fruity finish. Distant orange lingers in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate, soft carbonation. Slick, somewhat creamy texture with that turns semi-dry in the finish.
Overall - Hmm. Good flavor profile that unfortunately falls flat in strength, making for an easy drinker but lacking any kind of depth. It feels like an incomplete hazy IPA.
