Bullenium Falcon pours a copper color, with a huge, lacing head. Big hoppy aroma, hints of citrus and earth. Flavor is big and strong, nice hop flavors, lots of earth flavors as well. Good body and feel. Overall, a pretty balanced, yet big flavored IPA.

Bolero Snort used Galaxy, Falconer’s Flight, Centennial, and from what I understand, some Secret Vic to produce a solid DIPA of 8.1%. Grapefruit and citrus show up first. Not boozy at all, quite smooth, in fact and a nice hint of background pine is present in the finish. Gorgeous to look at and delightful to drink, but if you’re not home, two should do it.
