Appearance: clear light orange in color with a 1/2" head that slowly falls.
Smell: mild grapefruit is all that is detected.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, pine, and an earthy bitterness. Alcohol is slightly noticeable.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, less crisp and a touch dry late.
Overall: a decent DIPA that has a nice flavor profile.
