Deep brown pour with minimal mocha head. Strong bourbon smell and taste, gets boozier the longer it lasts in the glass. Certainly a sipper, but unfortunately the taste deteriorates over time. Tasted way more alcoholic at 10.5% than a Goose Island Bourbon County I had two days prior that was 15.2%. Not the best way to celebrate an anniversary.
