This is a PSL riff on Moochiato. It is a milk stout conditioned on coffee and Madagascar vanilla plus all those delightful fall spices.

a: silky looking dark brown/black color with a very thin dark tan head that fades very quick
s: sweet lactose, roasted malts, cinnamon. roasted coffee beans, allspice, and light caramel. slightly woody note, with a hint of molasses
t: much much sweeter than i would have guessed from the nose. lots of lactose/milk sweetness upfront followed by roasted malts. a touch of cinnamon and vanilla. slight hint of raw coffee beans and some clove to finish it off
m: medium, slightly sticky sweet mouthfeel. carbonation is moderate
o: while there is pumpkin in the name, i do not detect any pumpkin in this beer. it's not a bad Milk Stout though, and works nice on a brisk fall day to be honest

Light carbonation with a just above average body
Aroma is nutmeg,more spice,pumpkin black coffee ,vanilla,cream
.. taste really comes off like pumpkin pie with whipped cream. There's also black coffee throughout as well
This was an excellent novelty beer. The spice was done perfectly to create a perfect pumpkin pie flavor without over doing like many others do. Will definitely look for this again

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and a thin film of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Faint aromas of pumpkin spices are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla.
T: The taste has flavors of pumpkin spices in the forefront with notes of chocolate, lactose and vanilla as well as a light amount of bitterness. There are also hints of coffee, which are most noticeable towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the taste of this beer had just the right amount of pumpkin spices and were neither too strong nor too weak.
Serving type: can

DATE: August 31, 2019... OCCASION: with temps in the 70s and college football opening, I had to indulge in this fall offering... GLASSWARE: Duvel snifter... pours coffee black, jet and opaque, with a single finger of swiftly dissipating light brown head that turns into a trim halo... this reeks of sweetness--the bold coffee bean smacks of roasted toffee, while ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla provide a flavored depth... like a flat cola or a cold coffee, this drinks easily but without much life--it has some creaminess when swirled and bites slightly on the teeth, while its finish cedes with a moderate weight... the pumpkin is understated here--the coffee relegates its autumnal cinnamon, vanilla and lactic sugars to the background--but this one does grow on me. I have had much better/stronger/flavorful versions of this mashup, but props to Bolero Snort for coming up with another punny title for one of their myriad offerings. I like its ABV relative to its flavor profile, but probably wouldn't pay top price for it in can.
