can to tulip glass. canned 5/5/20.
LOOK: medium hazy/cloudy bright yellow . big frothy white head. good retention.
AROMA: light vanilla, whipped cream, . nothing to hoppy . nothing off-putting, just light on aroma in general.
TASTE: lemon drop, grass, general citrus with a touch of general tropical fruits; vanilla in finish, something like a slight touch of peppery heat.
FEEL: smooth, creamy, bit of a dry finish despite upfront juicy/creamy.
Not bad, but I feel like the best parts of the citra/mosaic was washed away with the lactose and/or vanilla.
