Pours an opaque, milky strawberry color. Looks like strawberry milk. Decent salmon colored head, overwhelming lacing. Great strawberry aroma. Wow. Flavor is unlike anything I have ever tasted. Loads of strawberry, very smooth and creamy. Seems like it is not filtered too much. Very thick and chunky, lots of stuff floating in here. Not a bad thing. Rich and creamy, full bodied. Perfect balance of sweetness and sour / tartness. 7% abv well hidden. Overall this is a very fruited beer, and hardly a beer at all. Very filling. This might need a new classification. And I LOVE it.
