-Sour with boysneberry, blueberry, raspberry and marshmallow.

A: An almost beet juice like pour for coloring, milky lactose thick viscosity, has edges of purplish hues on backlighting. Dense and hazy has a soft pink capping, creamy, less then one inch, is smooth and frothy in texture. A good sense of micro-effervesce runs up the glass walls. In the vessel a very dark beet red, purplish hints, just weird enough to intrigue me.

S: Tartness of boysneberry and blueberry are evident from the start. Dry wine like scents, grapes, raspberry and very dry fruitiness, but very smooth and well polished in delivery. The berries really do make a difference here and really shine bright.

T: Tart and acidic berries open the flavor, the raspberries are prime here, wow. The marshmallow is also well put here bringing a thick chewy nature to the base malts. Blueberries adn boysneberry add great secondary character. Some cherries and sweet mango fruit, kiwi-strawberry sweetness. An almost jolly rancher like flavor and sourness.

M: Soft and lush mouthful, creamy smooth and thick from the marshmallow. A good fullness.

O: Overall the sourness is dry but has moments of sugary berry sweetness, Smooth and creamy feel, the marshmallow really do thicken things up here. A berry juice like flavor, fresh, and an easy sour for people to get into that is fun to drink. Hard core fans may be looking for the knock your socks off sourness, which you won't get here, more sugary sweet and field fruit then souring, but is accessible to the rest of the drinking community who may be looking to expand their horizon. Sweet and easy to handle and full of berries and body.
