A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has some amber hues along with a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass. Hints of pale and caramel malts are noticeable towards the finish as the beer begins to warm up.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grapefruit citrus are present in the nose along with notes of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit stronger notes of pine towards the finish. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This West Coast IPA is very easy to drink. While it doesn't have a cow on the label, I liked how it had a map of the states of California, Oregon and Washington (C.O.W.).
