Perception of hop bitterness is medium to high. Noble-type hop aroma and flavor are moderate and quite obvious. Distinctly different from the Bohemian-style pilsner, this style is lighter in color and body and has a lower perceived hop bitterness.

Amber color, nothing special, but fine. I drank it from the can so couldn't judge the head. Taste seemed rather bitter to me for a lager. I guess I'd call it "distinctive," but not in a wonderful way. Wish I could say great things about a local brewery, but c'est la vie.

A: medium golden color, medium-high carbonation. Awesome Cumulus cloud head with 100% retention & lacing in chilled Pilsner glass.

S: Citrusy/floral/pine hop aroma.

T: With medium maltiness, dry hop flavor combination is focused of citrus, mild pine & pepper spice. There is some punchy fruit presence from the yeast. A mild bitter aftertaste from the piney hop. Very clean, crisp and refreshing more with Pilsner profile. Very nice.

O: Very good. Props to cans and the dry hopping to preserve flavor. Will buy again
