It pours a hazy, dark orange with pale yellow foam that lasts forever. There was so much foam that it started overflowing and I had to pause and let it settle before pouring in the rest. The yellow foam is disconcerting.
It smells like candy - Skittles and sweet tarts - with a lemon-lime and orange aroma.
It tastes sweet and fruity and slightly tart. I get a lot of tangerine and orange with some lemon-lime.
Overall, this is a really unique, enjoyable beer. The yellow foam and artificial candy smell and flavor were initially off-putting, but grew on me. I don't know that I'll necessarily get it again, particularly at its price point, but I'm really glad to have tried it as it is very unique.
