64 ounce growler
Served in a 50 West sour glass
It pours straw colored with a slight haze. It is topped with an inch of white, short-lived head.
It smells like sour pineapple.
The taste starts out tart. Then the pineapple comes in and sweetens the taste. I am a huge pineapple fan, and this is a good use of pineapple.
Thin mouthfeel
I really enjoy this beer. It is refreshing on a warm day. I love the interplay of the tartness of the style and the sweetness of the pineapple. This is easily my favorite Berliner weisse to date.
